AIR FILTRATION

    FIRST STAGE FILTERS:

   -Removes large particles up to 10 microns and larger. The first stage fitler should be changed daily or more if deemed necessary. Proper disposal of contaminated filter is required.

   SECOND STAGE FILTERS:

   -Removes particles up to 1 micron and larger form the air, there by protecting the more expensive H.E.P.A. filter. The second stage filte shuold be canged weekly or more if deemed necessary. Proper disposal of contaminated filter is required.

   H.E.P.A. FILTER:

   -The H.E.P.A. filter removes the smaller size fibers from the air flowing through the unit and has an efficiency rating for 99.97% in removing 0.3 particles. Recommend changing of filter every 4 months. Proper disposal of contaminated filter is required.

   MOTOR/ FAN ASSEMBLY:

   -Machines are equipped with a (1.0) H.P. motor. The motor powers a centrifugal style fan which is rated at 2000 c.f.m. This assembly pulls contaminated air through clean filters at the static pressure of 1.7 to 2.0 inches of water column.

  IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

  1. ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE GROUNDED.

  2. DO NOT EXCEED 100' IN LENGTH FOR CORES FOR THE UNITS.

DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED FILTER MUST BE DISPOSED OF PER FEDERAL AND STATE GUIDELINES.
